The current political scenario of India is forcing us to take a step back, hold our horses and give a thought that '' Is India really growing ''
The current major problems faced by the people of India like corruption, poverty, uneven distribution of wealth, criminal activities, assault, etc. are causing a severe damage to the people and the image of India.
The politicians of India, corruption, lack of education in many areas, archaic laws, inflation, reservation strikes and many more things are letting people indulge in disruptive activities. The recent problems that are going on in India i.e. the Gorkha agitation, inflation and the Gujjar agitation is also causing a lot of harm to India and its reputation in front of other countries and economy. For any country to maintain its reputation it is very necessary to maintain its meritocracy. Also the reservation system going on in India is severely affecting its reputation . Not only the image, but also the education system of India is getting affected. The merits of different institutions are getting changed which is very bad for the education system of India.
Talking about the parliamentary system of India or should we say the parliament form of democracy that is adopted by us is another face of the system that was adopted by the Britishers.
All these problems need an immediate attention and thought by the Government of India so that these problems do not precipitate. The Government of India needs to attain a win win situation which no doubt is very tough. India needs a good leader, but this time we really need an organic solution rather than the ones taken from the west.
Our politicians should understand their responsibility and the national issues of the country to run it in full gear. We need an immediate improvement in our social, economic and financial conditions. Also, our government and leaders need to understand that the reservation must only be given to the needy ones. The rules should be made in such a way that the rich people cannot enjoy the advantages of the reservation system. The Government understands that about 33% of the electoral votes are coming from the SC/ST category, so the Government focus on them, but it is causing a great effect on the education system, culture and economy of India. Strong steps should be taken by the Government of India so that the culprits who were taking advantage can be punished.
Now it’s time for us to understand and realize some things. No change can be made in your surroundings without making a change in oneself. Corruption should come to an end, bribes should not be given or taken. A transparent payment system should be started by the Government. If every candidate among us will understand their responsibility and vote for a genuine and correct representative, nobody can stop our country from growing.
